Professor Andrew Clarke is the applying for the position of Herbology and Astronomy professor at Hogwarts. He is also the Head of Ravenclaw. Whe he attended Hogwarts he was in Ravenclaw, and his best subjects were Astronomy and Herbology, along with Transfiguration. He is good friends with Professors Moore, Grey, and Malfoy.
